1. The license application must be submitted electronically via the online portal at licence.nacsa.gov.my starting on 1st October 2024. Applicants must register as users to access the system.

  2. The applicant must complete the application form with accurate information.

  3. All required supporting documents must be uploaded to the system, as listed below:

    For Individuals:
    i. Identification Card or Passport (for foreign applicants)
    ii. Statement of Qualification and Experience Form - (Form A: Individual Application)
    iii.Work Permit (for foreign applicants)

    For Companies:
    i. Certificate of Registration with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
    ii. Company Profile
    iii.Statement of Qualification and Experience Form - (Form B: Company Application)

  4. The company must appoint one (1) responsible person related to the license application.

  5. Each license application must include a processing fee. Proof of payment must be uploaded to the portal.

  6. If an application is incomplete or the supporting documents are unsatisfactory, the applicant will be notified via the portal. The applicant must provide the necessary feedback or additional documents as requested.

  7. The status of the license application will be updated in the portal.

  8. Applications will be accepted starting from 1st October 2024.
